Welcome to Clements Ranch, a new community nestled just east of the Metroplex in the charming city of Forney. The master-planned property stretches over 260 acres of land that was owned by the family of the late Texas Gov. William Clements since the 1950s, bringing this community a uniquely Texas heritage in a beautiful setting.
One of the Clements family’s ranch houses, which still stands on the property, has been preserved and repurposed as a full-featured community center for all residents to enjoy. The center will include a pool, a splash pad and other amenities, while offering picturesque views of the lake, trees and nearby grazing horses and cows. Throughout the community, neighborhood parks, greenbelts, a chain of lakes and peaceful public areas will greet residents and visitors.
Clements Ranch is located north of U.S. Highway 80, on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard and within a short drive of Downtown Dallas. As the “Antique Capital of Texas,” Forney offers plenty of small-town charm and history, plus easy access to big-city shopping, dining and retail.
Clements Ranch is part of the Forney Independent School District and will include an on-site elementary school.
