Since this home is already under construction, all structural options are finalized. However, depending on the level of completion, some design options may still be selected.

Carmel Creek is in the city of Hutto, where local legend states that in 1915 a hippo escaped from a circus train. Today there are over 3,000 concrete hippos in Hutto. This town has a fun, quirky vibe, lower taxes, there are 13 major tech employers within 28-minute drive, and the Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resorts are less than a 10-minute drive from Carmel Creek. The Hutto Co-Op District is coming soon with business, retail, entertainment and residence. Students attend Johnson Elementary, Farley Middle and Hutto High, right across the street.
