Bridgeland, Houston's newest master-planned community in Cypress, encompasses more than 11,400 acres featuring nature at its best. Stroll about on one of the many trails, paddle a kayak on Lake Bridgeland, or simply relax with a fishing pole on Cypress Lake. Playgrounds, parks, and pavilions are plentiful at Bridgeland.

Close by will be the Community Hall with infinite possibilities from Ball Room Dancing to Scout meetings to scrap booking parties; the sky's the limit!

Eventually the Grand Parkway will pass through the center of this 21,000 home community where you will find the Town Center, a Mecca for business, medical, and education services as well as fine dining, shopping and entertainment.

Bridgeland is located in the award winning Cy-Fair ISD where students benefit from a 15 to 1 student-teacher ratio. A remarkable 74% of the Cy-Fair graduates attend college. Just outside the entrance of Bridgeland, an elementary school and high school are planned for the school years of 2007 and 2008 respectively. A new middle school is planned for construction shortly thereafter.

Lone Star College, a new state-of-the-art campus is minutes away as well as an incredible public Sports Center opening up this year.
