Our relationship with you starts the first time you contact Highland Homes or visit one of our model properties, and continues through construction to the time when you’ve settled into your new home. We want yours to be a house you truly love to call home, one that reflects your taste and vision.
At Highland, we work with you every step of the way, holding to the highest standards of craftsmanship, and working to provide you the best building experience possible. During the construction of your home, you will work hand-in-hand with your sales counselor, with your construction manager and with your interior designer. At Highland Homes, we aren’t satisfied with your home until you are.
We start working with you from the moment you make the first decision about your future home—choosing a floorplan or deciding upon a lot or subdivision. You’ll meet your sales counselor, who will be on hand to answer any questions you have to make sure that your home meets all of your current and future needs.
Next, we assign a highly trained construction manager who will be your partner throughout the building process. Your personal construction manager is there to work with you while your home is under construction and to answer any questions you might have.
We’ll also introduce you to an interior designer who will be available to assist you in the process of selecting tiles, paint colors, carpet—all the items that are intrinsic to making this house your home.
We don’t believe our relationship is over when construction is complete. Your customer service representative will work with you after your home has been built, to follow up on any specific needs.
